Make Space for Yourself.
Wild Still is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make room for what you're carrying.
Â
You're invited to step away from the noise, tune into what's happening beneath the surface, and create space to feel, release, and reset.

Each session offers an opportunity to build a deeper connection with yourself and develop a greater capacity to navigate stress, change, and the many states of being human.

What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork practice of self-inquiry that uses specific breathing techniques, music, and guided cues to:
• Increase body awareness
• Release stress & physical tension
• Create calm & presence
• Support nervous system regulation
Â
We bring awareness to stress, emotions, and physical sensations, creating an opportunity to feel and express what we've been carrying rather than continually holding it in.
There is no right way to experience a session. Everyone's experience is different. The practice is not about forcing a release or becoming someone different. It's about becoming more connected to yourself.
The Experience
Arrival
Begin your journey with a moment of stillness. We set the intention to step out of your head and into your body.
Activation
Through intentional breathing, we activate the nervous system to bring awareness to the body's sensations and emotions.
Release
Allow the held tension to move. This is the space where you feel, express, and release what you have been carrying.
Return
Slow down and integrate. Your nervous system returns to balance, leaving you grounded, present, and deeply connected.
Benefits of Breathwork
Release Stress
Sustained, rhythmic breathing has the ability to discharge stored stress and shift the nervous system out of survival mode.
Reconnect with the Body
Rest your mind and drop into your body, allowing you to feel and express what you have been carrying beneath the surface.
Deepen Self-Regulation
Learn to consciously shift your nervous system state, widening your capacity to handle stress without becoming overwhelmed.
Emotional Integration
Move through stress and emotions rather than pushing them away, helping complete the body's natural stress cycle.
Find Your Inner Stillness
Practice the ability to go inward and connect with your inner stillness, building a deep sense of calm and presence.

Nicole Buchko
I found breathwork when I needed a way back to myself.
Â
After years spent living almost entirely in my head — pushing through, holding it together, quietly becoming more and more disconnected from my body — breathwork helped me slow down, tune into what I was feeling, and reconnect with myself in a world that constantly asks us to keep moving.
Now, I'm grateful to share this practice with others, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and find new ways to navigate the stress, uncertainty, and experiences that come with being human.
Testimonials
"Nicole is an incredible facilitator. Her voice and cues during the session were so soothing and helpful. I felt so supported during the experience absolutely incredible afterwards. I released more than I even realized I was carrying. I can’t wait for the next one! "

"The first part was hard, but second part - oh my god. It was like a spa for my brain and soul."
Nadia B.
"I was able to slow down, quiet my mind, and connect to myself in ways I've never experienced before. Highly recommend this work to everyone, especially in this world we're living in. It's needed now more than ever."
Fallon H.
"If you’re new to breathwork or feeling a little unsure, Nicole is a wonderful guide. She has such a calm, steady presence, and she prepares you for the experience in a way that makes it easy to settle in and trust the process.
Â
Breath holds have always felt intense for me, but in Nicole’s session I stayed with the full minute for the first time. I kept reminding myself I was safe, and I allowed myself to feel any discomfort. She guides you to notice what’s coming up and simply witness it, without needing to figure anything out.
Â
I left her session feeling more grounded and relaxed, like I had created more space for my breath to flow with ease. I hadn't realized how tense and anxious I had felt that day. I’m so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone curious about breathwork."

Questions
Do I need any breathwork experience?
No. This practice is for everyone. Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have some experience, we create a safe, supportive space to guide you through your own unique journey.
Is there a right way to do it?
There is no right way. Everyone's experience is different. Some may feel deep release, tears, or laughter, while others may simply notice a sensation or feel a sense of relaxation. There is no single path.
Is Somatic Breathwork a form of therapy?
No. Somatic Breathwork is not therapy, and Nicole is not a therapist. The facilitator's role is to create a safe, supportive space, guide the breathwork experience, and be an empathetic witness to help you connect with your own answers.
What should I bring to a virtual session?
Bring your curiosity and an open mind. Set up a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down, whether that's a mat, sofa, or bed. Headphones are recommended to help you fully immerse yourself in the experience. Have water nearby, and a blanket or pillow can help you stay comfortable throughout the session. A notebook and pen can also be useful for capturing insights during the integration phase.
Are there health restrictions?
This practice is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, glaucoma, retinal detachment, or major psychiatric conditions. Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns about whether Somatic Breathwork is appropriate for you.
